Yes...and on top of that, the Reverb control only increases output level as you increase reverb.
Between it and the Gain knob there's more level on tap than is needed at any given time

Putting a volume pedal or booster/preamp (to act as an attenuator) after the pedal helps...but a Master Vol is the fix it needs.
It will open up so many more usable settings...

I have. It's a damn loud pedal!! Even with it's mid suck on most settings it still manages to sound loud and cut through.

I only got into him recently. Seriously regret not listening properly sooner. Wasn't impressed the first few times I heard him then something just clicked. The Twins album had some seriously great fuzz tones on it!!
