And this is why I don't sell them. Not going to try to chase another one of a few models down on top of it.
It took me a year to come to terms with the Test Pattern as it was, I don't want to spend two years looking for one.
But if you're expecting all happy, quiet, sedate pedaldom, you probably went to the wrong source.

All the talk about Aenimas lately have made me miss mine, with that lil oscillation switch.
It was my first fuzz & I never should have sold it

Yeah, the Aenima was the whole reason I discovered Devi and her forum (and thus this forum), and it was my first boutique pedal (made by someone other Boss, EHX, MXR/Dunlop or Digitech/DOD). I can't believe that was seven fucking years ago.
On a somewhat unrelated threadjack note, I finally put my old LP back together, which was broken from me trying to mod it back in the day. I originally was going to make it an LP/EB, now it's just an EB. And holy fucking shit I forgot how incredibly awesome the EB is. I'm so bringing it to my gig tonight and using the fuck out of it.

I have an EB circuit in my God Machine, and its main purpose is to boost the noisemaking sm/gz/vfm circuits. The other day I turned the EB on by itself... dat chewy overdrive sounds amazing on single coils. I used it so often as a boost to the fuzz that I completely forgot it can be used on its own.
