I don't know how much those Eastwood Breadwinners weigh, but every Ovation Breadwinner I've played've been pretty heavy.

I was thinking that too. I am not the biggest dude ever so having a thick and heavy guitar is something I couldnt do. I know the Ichiban is thin and light, but the breadwinner dies look a little chunky (body wise). But again that body shape and neck are the main reason this is so hard. Both look fucking weird and cool and they both have really thin necks.

 WHY!?

Dude Breadwinners are REALLY HEAVY and that's part of the charm... Amazon says 454 grams which would be a pound but 454 oz's would be 28 pounds and that seems about right, so somewhere between 1-28 is the listed weight... Why not just call a dealer or email Eastwood, I think they might have one up the street at South Austin Music but I refuse to go in there, maybe just to check weight I'll go...

Ichiban. I've always wanted one strictly because James Iha plays whatever the hell it is based off in the Rocket music video. Looks rad as hell.

Ok, so it seems Ichiban. As much as I LOVE the Breadwinner a heavy guitar is not for me. Thanks, you dudes are #1

No mini humbuckers or cool finishes. PLUS the Ichiban is like an upside down version of the original, which is a minor thing but cool.
