been trying to sell my woolly mammoth for a long time. it was the first fuzz i ever bought and it still sounds great. it just looks silly with everything else i have, won't take a battery, and is oddly shaped compared to have i've gotten used to. still, i'll be really sad when i does sell.

I regretted selling my first MXR M117r flanger. But they are cheap and easy to get back so I got another!

My fender bassman 300. Inlet it go WAY too cheap because at the time I did not have the $ to buy a decent cab for it.
As far as pedals go I miss my gnomeratron and they don't come up for sale that often.
OH the echoplex I bought at a garage sale for $100. That thing was pretty fun.

I mostly miss the '81 Gibson Firebrand SG I sold to a friend about 10 years ago to pay bills. Pretty much all of the pedals I've cycled through in the past couple years are replaceable.

I am in a tough spot right now and actually need to sell one or more of my guitars and one of my amps...maybe both. Not playing in a band, and barely making it now that student loans have kicked back in (run out of deferments and forbearances), plus usual expenses, and my car needs repairs, and I need to go to the doctor...ugh.

Most of the gear I've sold was kinda hard to let go but at this point I don't regret any of it
