What were the humbuckers on that Hi-Flier like? I heard they were pretty unique sounding.

I have a Hi Flier too. The pickups are the best thing about it in my opinion! They are very aggressive sounding without sounding overly harsh in the highs. The neck pickup can still be warm though. Mine are a bit microphonic due to their age so I can get some awesome feedback with them too (I see microphonic pickups as something positive most of the time).
