Neurosis, Ufomammut, and Grails each have several records that are required listening. Worth it.

Grails for sure. "The Burden of Hope" is incredible.
Neurosis, and related solo/side projects are all worth having. Nate Hall's solo record is great. Red Sparowes "At the Soundless Dawn" record is cool. Made Out of Babies (esp. "Coward") and Battle of Mice albums (same singer) are worth having.
Across Tundras, Buried at Sea, MGR... tons of solid stuff on that label.

I'm loving all the Akimbo love on here. That band fucking killed it (the newer Sandrider features the two primary members, and while not on Neurot, they kill it too). And the Grey Daturas do/did not get enough recognition. One of my favorite noise/rock bands.
