Blues Juniors are pretty cool, I have had one and I enjoyed it but I felt like it was not super durable (older ones the pots are basically held on by the chicken head knobs)

The AC4TV isn't super durable either. I blew the power tube twice on mine.

I guess you shouldn't push it too hard with huge volume boosts as I did in order to play with a drummer

sounds to me like you want a used Pro Junior. Fits all of your criteria.
'Tis better to have bought and flipped than never to have bought at all.

Price range, etc. I'd probably just buy one of the Fender Mustang II v 2.0's coming out (12" speaker this time, 40w), and call it good.

$200 at the big box stores.

Or find a used Mustang III v1 and call that good too.

You're not going to find small, cheap, good, headroom, *and* under $250 ..and be able to pick if tubes are involved (mercy of local markets and extreme luck in that price range), and the Mustangs sound just fine to my ears (I have a V head, but still have and use my Jazz Chorus 50 and Hot Rod Deluxe too).

My pedalboard costs approximately 191 Metal Zones.
