Yeah. It would be cooler if any of the presets could be changed to new toneprints, but unfortunately you can't do that. Now this software is out, I would think a logical next step could be making a pedal that's ALL toneprints, from any of the series. That would super cool.

Next logical step is to make a pedal that lets you use 3-4 at once, and has real memory options.

COOL!
I used to a vox tonelab and the computer editor was always easier to use then the pedal interface!
I wish eventide would release an editor for their Factor pedals!

Yeah true, only being able to use one at once would suck.

They've proven they have the memory capacity to do such a thing with the Ditto. 4 Dittos can fit inside of that newest Flashback X4, which means that they TOTALLY could have 4 user programmable FX in a X4 package

Yea, that's what I'm thinking. Or even 3 with a master on/off or bank switching footswitch.

More like "what it should have always been" - TC was about 'it works and isn't terribly hard" *and* "make bleeding edge cool shit" at one point. I'm glad to see that may be back.

Bout time! I've never owned a Toneprint pedal but this always irked me that there were editable parameters that users couldn't fuck with. Now that this is out I'll have another look at the line up.

So let me get this straight.
If I got the FB x4 I could potentially make 4 of my own delays and then have 3 of them ready to go when needed?
I have been reading about issues where ppl are sayin' the tone prints can affect how the pedal sounds afterwards.
plus some ppl were freaking about lack of midi or something.
I really love delay and have been looking into getting a looper.
