You have less than 10 posts here, all accumulated over the course of three threads, all of which are pimping this band "Le Recourder Larouge". We can only assume that you are spamming us to get people into this band (whether it is your band, or a friends, is irrelevant).

We each give each other recommendations for music, but only after we establish that we are here to talk about shit and be part of a community. Until then, you are a spammer. So either stay here, discuss things with us and be a part of the community, or FOAD.

You're spamming me actually. And everyone else that's a part of this thread. If I mentioned bands I like in any of my posts, those posts were probably weeks/months apart. You didn't note that either in your investigation, did you? Each time you reply here to sling careless accusations everyone gets an e-mail about it thus creating spam. You have created more spam in your accusations than I have. I won't continue to dignify the spam you're creating by way of accusations by reply to this thread. I made ONE post here yesterday about 2 bands. You have created MANY here today with your accusations. Who's spamming who exactly?

In either event, like I said, I won't dignify your accusations any longer by replying here. You're filling up my and everyone else's e-mail every time you wanna act all Hitler.

What the hell are you even talking about? What emails? Did you subscribe to this thread or something? I don't get emails except for the threads I subscribe to. But regardless, I'm happy that you're getting spammed, it's nice to do it to someone else for a change. But let's look over your entire posting history, shall we?

Your first post was in the "what are you listening to" thread, wherein you posted a youtube video of "Le Recourder Larouge" with no further comment.

Then you posted a few times in a Dreampop/Shoegaze thread you started, once again pimping "Le Recourder Larouge".

Now, you've posted several times in this thread, that you started, and you once again posted a Youtube link to "Le Recourder Larouge", along with mentioning a couple other bands.

That's it. That's all we have to know you from Adam.

Look, maybe you're not intentionally spamming. Maybe you just really really freaking love "Le Recourder Larouge" and want to spread knowledge about them. But try looking at it from that angle. I'm not actually trying to be an asshole. I just really hate it when people come here to pimp something and don't otherwise contribute or want to be part of an actual community here.

But seriously that EQ magazine(?) interview where he was like "yeah I totally don't feel like trying to move a mic for twenty minutes to get that extra 2% so I'll just use the Line 6 Bean" was actually a really great read, since all his records sound super awesome and such.

also 7's/bari-range is p dang common with the gays.

anyways if i ever got an 8 string, it'd be for trying out lute-y tunings and other fun stuff. because how literally everyone else uses a 7 string is just to ride on the low string like its Channing Tatum's kawk, rather than using it's range as a means to shift how you think about a stringed instrument or w/e. or noodly tappytap stuff.

to me an instrument's range has minimal impact on it's expression, and people who think so are wrong.
