I have one trem before delay (and before fuzz) and one after fuzz and delay. If it is a light throb then it is ok before, but choppy stuff has to go after delay for me because everything gets too cluttered otherwise. I like trem before fuzz as it modulates the gain of the fuzz a bit, which gives an added dimension to the sound. The advantage of running two trems is you can have them on simultaneously, one slow throb and one chop = awesome syncopated trem! Chuck a fuzz in there and you get one modulating the gain of the fuzz, and one chopping the modulated sound. :animal:

Another vote for sandwiching that SOB between delays.

I like simple, light sine/tri tremolo into delay. I always do trem to delay with nothing in between. A light trem adds the lushiness of delay w/ mod u layshun but without any pitchshifty ness. I don't have a trem right now so I just volume pedal it a bit and it sounds great. But all you need for that is just like the Malekko trem. Nothing too fancy or whatever. I don't use choppy trem much anyway

i have always been a tremolo last kinda guy, but today i threw the rrr (on the rotary setting full wet, which is the closest thing i have to a tremolo pedal right now) before my boss dd3 and holy crap i am converted! of course the rotary adds some more harmonic modulation in which just means, at least with a high-ish feedback setting on the delay, instant shoegaze!

then i made the mistake of switching over to one of the hall settings on the rrr and my pants exploded...

I prefer it pre-delay. I run a Memory Lane Jr and a Diamond Trem, and sometimes I like to sync both the delay and trem to the beat and use them simultaneously. I find that in these situations, tremolo works best for me pre-deay since it keeps the repeats nice and clear.

I really like to hear my trem, so it goes after everything except reverb
