We ponder that idea but I doubt it.. not for awhile at least. Winter is Tanya's busy time with craft sales and she's not gonna want to do a bunch of time consuming custom finishes anytime soon. Maybe in the new year though... I think we'll just start with a run of powder coated boxes though.

Hey Freddy, thanks for checking it out and welcome to ILF! If you're looking to get any overdrive/distortion out of the pedal then I'd go with the Elements.. I think the Cleanness is more for people who really just want a small eq/booster and aren't looking for any distortion out of it.

I think the Cleanness will be a bit of a novelty within a niche, kind of just for Dr. Sci fans who already have an Elements. The Elements is a better first choice, it can cover the eq/boost anyway... but if you already have one and you don't want to be dialing it differently all the time, get a Cleanness for more eq/boost power. Or for people who just don't want a distortion pedal.. they want an eq/boost but not a distortion pedal. Distortion pedals turn some folks off, but not an eq/booster.

I'm selling my Cleanness (#76 The Stripesness) to fund my Cosmichorus preorder. This was a heartbreaking decision, because the Cleanness is my 3rd favorite pedal (besides my Deep Blue Delay and of course The Elements), but I didn't use it enough (and I NEEDED a Cosmi). That said, I would love a new Cleanness. But it'll take time to scrape 200 clams together, and I don't want to miss out.

Been trying to replace my Cleanness for a couple years after my misguided decision to sell.

Really not much like it out there, really effective design that's incredibly useful yet simple with every control you could want. That rings even truer with the addition of exp controlled mix.

Now all we need is that SDD resurrection...
