Still probably cheaper.

But the PitchFactor has 9 other modes besides Harpegiator.

I know but this was in response to that specific mode (because the video was posted).

:thumb: I know, I was just meaning that is where the "value" can be in the PF. Maybe one mode or even 2 can be had for cheaper than the pedal, but not everything that the pedal can do.

But... but... but this!
I'm kinda thinking I wouldn't want to replace my Whammy with another Whammy. I like the idea of having new sounds to play with, but it's just the cost that's putting me off.

Why wouldnt you just use a synth? That doesnt even sound remotely like a guitar.

Since when has making your guitar not sound like a guitar been a bad thing?

My point is that that sounds so digital it sounds like a cheap keyboard. Im sure the pitchfactor can do loads of cool shit, but that video is not a selling point for me.

I feel ya.
Personally I really like that sound and would have a use for it but I can see where you're coming from

The Pitchfactor is prettty insane, but...

The Whammy 5 tracks WAY better than the Whammy 4, and if you want to be able to program your own sequences you might consider our new Molten MIDI 5.
