I know, I was just meaning that is where the "value" can be in the PF. Maybe one mode or even 2 can be had for cheaper than the pedal, but not everything that the pedal can do.
But... but... but this! I'm kinda thinking I wouldn't want to replace my Whammy with another Whammy. I like the idea of having new sounds to play with, but it's just the cost that's putting me off.
Why wouldnt you just use a synth? That doesnt even sound remotely like a guitar.

My point is that that sounds so digital it sounds like a cheap keyboard. Im sure the pitchfactor can do loads of cool shit, but that video is not a selling point for me.

The Pitchfactor is prettty insane, but...
The Whammy 5 tracks WAY better than the Whammy 4, and if you want to be able to program your own sequences you might consider our new Molten MIDI 5.
