I saw this guitar in person last weekend. it's not nearly as impressive in the shop as it is in the photos.

Every time I see a Starcaster, I wonder why Fender's not pushing them as one of their main offerings. It makes sense, and it deserves that kind of attention.

Especially when people are buying online, used guitar pics NEED to accurately represent the actual guitar. I think we all need to call our State Representatives.

I think you're right...though I actually like the headstock. It's a little large and cartoon dongy, I guess, but better than most 6-in-line headstocks. I think it'd look jes fine with a standard Strat headstock. But I'm weird. Being a Fender, it's harder for me to imagine it with a 3x3 headstock.

Exactly! most people don't like odd.. even if they say they do.. I don't disslike the startstock but I also think a reversed telestock and a bigsby on one would rock hard :rock:
