hmmm... maybe but I like guitars made out of plastic..

and I like flat black a LOT... but yeah.. must new guitars even up to the $800+ range look rather cheap these days..

yeah super shiny is no good
the same thing happened with cars
the colors in the 60s were so much richer and alive
now black dont look so black with that candy coat, its like a mirror
i dont think shiny should go away,but satin needs to come back

We need more body shapes that aren't derivatives of something made 50 years ago. Or super pointy GRIMDARK METULZ.
Truss rod adjustment at the heel of the neck, but without that slot thing so you HAVE to take the neck off. FUCK YOU

well there IS this epiphone model that has a push button kill switch.
and its really convenient, and actually a pretty nice guitar.

Played one of those 70's Tribute satin finished Gibson's over the weekend and kinda fell in luuuuuuuuuuuust. The new mini-hum's sound awesome! And the fit and finish was super nice.

the trend of only putting jaguar/jazz trems on jag/jazz
i know some dudes mod teles and junk, but that should be standard. imagine somethin like a Les Paul with a jag/jazz trem.

Maple-necked green Les Paul with only a middle pickup and Jag trem.

wow, you guys sure are stuck on finishes.
i thought y'all would have a beef with how the industry is so focused on metal guitars that are just kinda fueling an industry based on image emulation and uncreativity and other junk like that

I like metal guitars though...
but yeah your right... PRSs and similar guitars need to go away
