There are lots of good/cheap ones out there so have a look around. Personally I would stay away from Behringer but ymmv.
I have a Mackie 802 that you'll have to pry away from my cold dead hands. Built like a tank.
I would recommend, if you're thinking of getting one, get one that has the most aux send and returns and get one that has a couple more inputs than you could use at the present moment...for gear you may acquire down the road.

Yes and almost any Noise Mixer guy uses and Mackie because of reliability ease of use and availability...

YES!
He is so good. Everytime I have seen him has been excellent. Total command over a system that is so unpredictable.
