Have you seen their playlist, which includes guys like Iggy Pop, Tracy Bonham, etc? Have you researched their personnel to see that they are major players in supergroups? Have you read that they work with the major labels and have been around 10 years? Seriously guys, this is just plain stupidity. Did you all know the owner is also a producer on a new tv show being developed which has guys like William Shatner, Daryl Hannah, Michael Chiklis, Jakob Dylan, Tommy Lee, Iggy Pop, guys from The Cure, Duran Duran and Tom Petty & The Hearbreakers involved??? Ofcourse you don't know, because you didn't bother to look them up, but instead jumped to your dumb conclusions. The people at Minoan are fantastic, COMPLETELY honest, and you know exactly what you're getting in to when you do it. They even cut people breaks, help them pay in pieces, and even throw people freebies at times. They always make it a point to promise that they can not guarantee placements, but the way they do it is much more advantageous to artists than free services with 40,000 tracks. I've been able to chat with the owner and others any time I need advice, any time I want to run a new song by them. I've paid $400 dollars and have so far made back almost $10K. Rule #1 that I've learned, whatch who you publically accuse of scamming, as word travels fast in t his business and it will surely come back to bite you in the ass. If you go around talking smack about people without knowing what the heck you're talking about, it's the first sign of failure. Ridiculous people.

Also, it may help your cause to stop making shit up. Flow of info on their FB page? You mean the 400 likes? How is Iggy Pop involved with them and why is there no info online? Why do they hide the names of the super famous staff? What major labels do they work with? Who is the owner and what is the TV show called? Why are you personally insulted and personally insulting? How can calling an obvious scam a scam bite back?
I can hardly wait for your answer.

Tut, tut. We meet again, Minoan Music.
These fuckers took my starship with my demo tape in it and left me on the side of the spaceway. Luckily there are service stations every 5m.

no, ziltoid; lets do this with dignity.

it was me, devin. all along. who'd have thought that bald canadian with an album called zto was actually the puppeteer behind that charming zto character that joined the forum the same day as him. ludicrous. it was the perfect plan. it could never go wrong.

until it did. i think i should explain how it happened.
my quick jump to fame since century media launched the "devins magical breakfast cereal" a few years ago was too much for me. i didnt know how to spend my newfound fortune, to the extent that rapacious salesmen settled permanently on the lawn of my castle. they conned me into buying all sorts of what i now see as frivolous purchases. millions vanished from my bank account on a daily basis as i fell prey to starving salesmen focused on selling me retired battleships. one of those purchases was a warehouse full of computers. since said warehouse had an internet connection and i had nothing better to do with my time, i decided to create several doppel accounts on that digital haven known worldwide as ilf. i estimate there are in the region of 600 accounts under different names in my web of deceit, each with its own respectable reputation (some are even milfs!). it all went perfectly until today, when the army of cleaners i employ to dust the warehouse accidentally misplaced the labelling on two computers, my own personal one and that of zto. i immediately (10 minutes later) realised the misshap, but it was already too late.

a duo of greedy forumites had pounced upon my secret, no doubt in the hope of financial gain. well guess what, fuckers? THE SECRETS OUT. ive gone and fucking done it. your little revelation has been rendered WORTHLESs!! :animal:

Now that Minoan is threatening to sue ILF to remove this thread and "shut the site down," which they say will, "cost [them] money, which in turn will make [them] really angry," I suppose I should comment.

Maybe what Minoan is running is legal, but it's still a bullshit scheme to take artists' money, where the money they make off poor artists is far greater than the money that 99.9% of them are ever going to make back...call it a legal scam, call it unethical, or call it leech-like; even IF you're doing things legally, it's well within my legal rights to call Minoan shitty and worthless. And let me add to that: Minoan lies, as proven by Marie G.'s post, which is obviously someone at Minoan (whose IP address conveniently matches Boulder, Colorado, where Minoan is based). So no one should trust any of their other claims.

If you'd like to sue ILF for user-submitted content (which was simply a question about whether or not your company is shitty, which has now been decided), please direct your letters to ILF's team of lawyers. They shouldn't be hard to find, as they're in the same building as your imaginary lawyers. Take the stairs at the end of the main hall, then fuck off.
