Haha, you couldn't expect to just not buy it after all this. $68 on Hellomusic with Labor Day discount, cheaper than a new Micro Amp. At least I won't lose anything if I don't like it.

And Aardvarks! is an awesome overdrive made by our own McSpunkle. Check him out in the Shark Tank or on Facebook. I'm not sure if they're currently in production or not, but go ahead and send him a message!

I use the smallsound/bigsound Sparkle Motion for the type of application you're talking about. I really want to try the Speaker Cranker, but I haven't had the chance. The Wren and Cuff Phat Phuk looks awesome, too, and would work for your needs. I tend to just use my Fuck Overdrive or Dr. Scientist The Elements at a lower gain settings, though. They're both incredibly versatile. The benefit of those two, is that you also have higher gain sounds at your disposal.
