I'd guess with that you'd have some cool sounds.

That sounds awesome as fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

Maybe one stomp for the Klone, and one for your desired pummeling of hard-ons?

Isn't the machine like 3 SHO's? Or was that FSB's crack at a joke?

that is many SHO.

i was thinking like a gnarly-ass bandpass filter or something. THE GNARGNARMIDS

The machine has an SHO input stage, and then a diode pair creating some fonky intermodulationish shit, then an SHO, then diode pair, then a limiter.
The box of metal is 5 (five!) SHOs with a Marshall tonestack and some other junk.

Put envelope controlled voltage sag into the Klone! That way it starts on low voltage, gets up to full and sounds all blues lawyer, then as the super nuanced pentatonic overtones are supposed to ring out everything goes to shit as the voltage sags. Maybe put a compressor or a massive booster before it so that the effect is pronounced.

Is this even possible? I know nothing about electronics.

That sounds like it'd be awesome.

I have officially verified that 3 SHOs together is completely useless. Not trying to be a negative nancy.. But there's nothing cool about it. Or maybe I just need someone to show me why it's cool.

this is why i offered the BPF idea! loud boost into loud boost into loud boost will equal... distortion! and LOTS of hissy noise. nothing really new or exciting and not a worthy pair with the almighty K.

i was thinking dirty BPF with a CV in jack?
high resonance! cutoff frequency knob and i guess we may need an extra volume knob on there...

I really like this idea. If you could get a super bandpassed sound with like only some midrange left that would be pretty awesome and lofi sounding while not being useless.

Did you have them rigid? And cram them up an overdrive?

3 SHOs alone is just a blown out pile of ass. Adding an overdrive would just increase the suck factor.

They were rock hard into a cranked ac30. And yes they fucking broke my ac30
