EQD Tone Job. To me it seems like a wah pedal would be too much of a one-trick-pony in this case, unless you'd also use it for writing porno soundtracks.

Personally I'd get more use out of a dedicated EQ pedal but whatever floats your boat!

Which one? I'm sure you can get nasally sounds out of some of 'em, but it's probably overkill.
Just a simple high-pass or band-pass filter'll do the trick.
I guess it depends on how much you wanna spend and what else you want the pedal to do.

Four Eyes's a really good choice. I +3 the suggestion.
I've been using mine to do a lot of tonal sculpting lately. Placing it early in the chain makes for some tasty results, tonally speaking. It's quite the tone shaping tool. Very capable instrument of variable tonal mutilation that one is, very capable. I endorse heartily, most very heartily indeed. Indeed. Indeed.

Also, those old Maestro Parametric Filters are completely badass, and people seems to dig on those modern-day clones of it by Stone Deaf Fx (the PDF-1 I think.)

theavondon's Boss Parametric Filter in the b/s/t right now might be close as well.
