Whoa, the Suhr looks pretty much perfect. If only the Rate could go under 1Hz for some really crazy sounds... The Empress Trem looks really good too, as does the Tremvelope D: I want them all

The Looker Tremolo or the something Copilot tremolo with the octopus on it. It's got some funky wave forms.

Check out the Cusack Tap-A-Whirl. Does what you're describing in spades.
