I'd say amp. If you've got good guitars get something big and loud like an ampeg or sunn. And maybe use the rest of the money for a rental space where you can crank your amp full blast.

although I don't have a guitar cab beefy enough for it at this point - I'm just using it for bass and keys right now.
I'm just over extreme volume in my music-making at this point - I'd much rather have a smaller combo that I can get different sounds out of.

I have thought about grabbing a brown Deluxe or something...but I really find the Vibro Prince (or any Princeton Reverb) is right on the edge of what I like about tweeds and blackface amps.
that's what's holding me back from another amp...I'm definitely going to wait until I can run the VPs in stereo before I decide...that might end (for now) the search for me amp-wise.

Get a Laney or something completely off the wall and then make it work for you. It'd take time, but it'd be an interesting challenge
