Coughs back line is only a stack or two short! Haha

From what I heard they are trying to organize back lines at each date

I'm trying to hit up the Richmond date as well. They've been doing stuff with rented backlines for quite a while now, as far as i've heard the main thing they try and source is 3 model t's, everything else is whatever they can get. I'd gladly let Stephen O'Malley use my amp rig for a gig if i got to chill with him after the show, it would be an honor, but i don't have any model t's. There's a couple people around here though that have them, I know one person in particular that has 2 early 70's and would probably let them use them. The amps arent as rare as the used to be now, all of them have been pulled out of the cracks and restored. This will be the first time I get to catch them, and i'm a pretty big fanboy, so i'm excited regardless if it's their backline or rented.

I know Parker has at least 1 model T, and a Fender 300 or whatever it is. I'm almost positive there are other T's in Richmond

Thinking about this for a bit I came to a conclusion.... Sunn is basically known solely for their immense live rigs, what better way to prove it's about the music and artistic expression then to do a whole tour without it? I follow Soma's blog and on facebook and he's a pretty smart and insightful muddafukka. I wouldn't put it past him to do it for that purpose.

If Parker has 1, I know who has 2 more, and if Parker's all ready been contacted about this, then my old band mate probably has too.

And I think that Strange Matter could definitely handle 3 T's at least if not a little more

That's what I thought. From what I heard though back then they were renting cabs and using their heads. :idk:

I think it makes a lot sense, just something I never really thought about. There's no affordable or logical way to lug around 12 4x12's and 4 8x10's! haha

Apparently Jucifer found a way to do it  all you really need is a 1 ton van and a 8x12 trailer.... and a huge budget for gasoline hahaha
