I went direct into a apogee duet and am using studio one as I am trying to stop using logic. on the mixes I had a short groove delay on my track but there is no eq or compression at all..
How? you need a multitrack recording program of some sort...

Start simple and work with it, even garage band is a very useable program [be it it muffles the sound a little] and a good place to start.. and after you get a hang of the workings you will find most recording programs work the same over all wince you get past their little quirks.
so like what I did in the first mix..
I opened a new song/project
set the the tempo to 150
I dragged behndy's track right into the timeline 5 times each on it's own track
Then I spaced them out overlapping half a measure apart.
then I plugged my bass into the fuzz and that into the apogee, created a new track and hit record..
added a bit of delay and adjusted the mix levels and that was it.. it took me under ten minutes

That sounds simple enough, but I just dont have anything to record it into, and apparently apogee is 500 bucks. I dont really have money to spend period

I'm having a hard time creating a ~1min long audio track with only the "02 Bass 01 D Delay No Tails" .... could someone please upload his? Preferably with and without clicktrack?
Gahh... I hate my lack of audio recording software knowledge...

And all versions with/without bass, drums, etc. can be found here:
