I had been thinking that we could fund a public dropbox account (paid by a paypal that we donate to, and is controlled by Wes, maybe?) and upload tracks to them. Everyone takes a crack at messing with/adding to/remixing/arranging whatever's in there in a free collective type of way. Sort of like how Elephant 6 passed around the tapes that became Major Organ. We just keep moving songs and fucking with them until we have something that feels like a solid release.
