Yes, to clarify my posts - I was not taking any shot at Ryan or Fuzzrocious. He makes some really nice pedals that sound great.
Aesthetics are what they are, it's more of my own design tastes that dictates my feelings. I just think it would look more professional to align pots, switches, etc.
I have had a few wiring issues with 2 pedals but hey.... I guess maybe I just gigged them too hard
Mucho good vibes to Ryan and Fuzzrocious

Yeah, Rat Tail solves that problem in a big way. Sounds so killer, especially with a jazz bass through it. Or a P bass. Or, well, anything.

OK, I feel bad that my thread turned stupid there for a few. All I am trying to do is show some people who may not be familiar with the Fuzzrocious Rat King how Kick Ass of a distortion pedal it is! At least to the best of my very meager abilities.
I have no problems with an occasional blemish. I appreciate Ryan and Shannon for what they do, which is make ASS KICKIN pedals for people who want them. I have owned 9 Fuzzrocious pedals and only one has had a blemish. For a mom and pop type set up I have no problems with that whatsoever.
Although I have never even spoken to Ry, I do communicate with him quite frequently and I consider him a good friend based on all he has done for me. He will do anything and everything he can possibly do to set you up to the best of his ability. What more can you ask for?
Now...How bout those clips??!!

I've owned two fuzzrocious pedals for about a year now. Both have seen about a dozen gigs and countless hours of use. I've never had a single issue in any way. Fuzzrocious pedals sound killer and work great. They also look killer, Ryan's wife does a killer paint job. They are priced affordably for what they are.

For shits and giggles:

That fuzzrocious is old as shit, and still in use today.

This is a quick bass version of Deep Purples' Highway Star featuring the Fuzzrocious Rat King into the Fuzzrocious Broke Dick Peanut Gallery. Pardon the sloppiness, I was just digging the tones and just wung it. 1 track, 1 take.

This is a comparison contrast demo using Fuzzrocious Rat King distortion and Dr. Scientist The Elements. Now you can actually hear the Classic Distortion/Fuzz debate.
All the clips are clean tone, Rat King then Elements.
I start off with both full blast. Then lower gain/heavy OD. Then just OD.
I try to cover the major playing styles. Riffs, chords then melody lines in each gain setting.

The way it cuts thru the mix is incredible! Plus you can stack with fuzz to get incredible articulation in your notes.
