the folks i know online who've bought SX guitars pretty much say they're better-than-average cheap guitars, but that you should expect the kind of quality a sub-$125 price implies...you may have to file fret ends, there may be finish flaws, the electronics are laughable, etc. however, that's no less true on guitars 2 or 3 times the price on the racks at Guitar Center. people LOVE them as modding platforms...when i'm working again i just might get one of their Les Paul Specials or 2" semi-hollows and go all J.J. Cale on its ass.

Yeah sound slike if anything I'll just need to get some new parts, which I was planning on anyways. I just cant resist the shape of the Liquid. I was holding out for an Eastwood Stormbird but I've gone too long without an electric here at my house.lol
