Another certified Couch whore checking in! :thumb:

Some of the Loveless offerings are cool but yeah, no go on the square ends. Can't imagine that saves much $ in terms of reduced labor. Looks more like a failed attempt at something different/unique to me.....

*edit* wait, why do I care? I have too many straps already.

Am I the only one who digs the square ends?
At any rate, I'm ordering a 60's geometric so I'll report back once it arrives.

Update:
So, I ordered the strap Sunday and have yet to receive any sort of confirmation from them that they got my order/shipped it; right now they aren't winning my favour in the communication department, but I'm going to give them the benefit of doubt and wait one more day before emailing them.*

*that came out more entitled sounding than I meant it to. I mean that I would email them just to ensure that they got my order.

Okay, review time gents.

So yeah, after the lack of emails (which upon further reflection, is an issue I over played) it finally arrived. As you may or may not be able to tell from the pic, it's a very snappy looking thing. Some things that you can't see in the picture though: the stitching is done very well and there's a lot of it; coupled with the seat belt lining and the material they used, it feels very robust. I don't have any fear of it breaking.

Next issue is the square bits. Yes, they're not round, but they are well put together and they are much bigger in person.

They're not too much smaller than your normal strap and they feel just as sturdy. Another thing to note: because the leather is salvaged, it's pretty much broken in when you get it, you don't have to jam it on the first time you use it.

Last but not least, that feel. This thing is super comfortable to wear: it sits nicely and doesn't dig into your shoulder one bit.

any question?

i like the prices, but those square end straps and the fact that Couch straps exist turns me off :(
