....... there's the US running into the Red Panda Particle. so it shows a bit how it stacks with pitch shifty and delay stuff after it. the Particle is NEAT.

yeah meng. this think slays chicken uterus.

it's neat because a LOT of low end comes through. it's like it has a blend without really having a blend at some settings. i got a couple things where it was FUZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz then clean tone as the fuzz squelched off. NEAT.

When I made my pedal board, I had scraps so I made one of my guitarists one.....so he got the other side of the velcro. Then he bought one of those amps that has effects built into it....since he's a silly guitar player....so I got it back. Want it? Hahaha.

I really like this thing. It's a style of fuzz that I like more than the other stompboxes I've owned. Less bee sounding and more just destruction. Very very mean.

Quality bass tonez! :thumb:

Not sure what anyone else expected but the US has surprised me with more awesomely usable sounds than I thought would be available. Like, there's plenty of whacked out shit within and that's super appealing to me but you can get some supremely thick stoner rock fuzz and blow it all to hell with the flip of a toggle and threshold adjustments. Fucking thing KILLS! Not many fuzz pedals cover such a wide and weird range so successfully. Well done Fairfield, so flippin' good! :thumb:

VERY well said suh. yeah. i think for live use i'm just keeping all the switches up and playin with the Onset knob. just that gives a HUGE change in the breakup, what comes through clear after decay, overall sound.

i'm with you. i was all hard to get a neat Destructo Toano box, and am..... wait for it..... PLEASANTLY Surprised that it's totally something i could see using a LOT in less wacky sections.

the way it sputters and leaves some harmonic range (like at the end of the second vid i put up i think?) is just beautiful to me.

not an adjective i expected to use with this pedal. more.... stuff like.... Crush Crush Kill Face Troll DOOM FIRE BURN or sumphin. it does that too though. and that's AWESOME.

You have the treble cut toggle up? Anytime I flick that thing up it gets all.....piercing....like beyond unusable piercing. I have really hot active pickups on my Status though, and it didn't bother me too much since I could ignore that toggle and still get a plethora of awesomeness.

yah. i like the higher end stuff.

urm, i don't have actives, but pretty hot passives. i use a sixer, so i'm a fan of the low and r
the mid-high end.

woof. i like the Hi Cut off and on, but it feels like it sits more in the range i enjoy if it's off.

LOVE. IT.

Man....I'm going to have to try it out, again. Whenever I switched that treble switch to 1, it was like my speakers were going to come apart....not in that good bassy "my house is shaking the entire World feeling" (this pedal does do that, too) but more in a high gainy "someone find out who's shit that is before it tears the speaker" sort of way.

But like I said, that is but one toggle. Every other setting on this thing is gold, Behndy, gold (my inner Bannia). With the gain on 1 and crush on 0 and the onset up high....it's my favorite fuzz to date. With the crush on it gets crazy. I have to go change my panties thinking about it.
