I regret trading my sparkly blue MIM Telecaster with a maple neck away for a semi-hollow Ibanez Talman in silver. The Talman really rocked, but eventually the nut broke so I then traded that away for two amt pedals that I never used...
That Tele was awesome though, had a very mid-heavy quality to it. It might have actually had some american fender pups in it...Bought the thing for 250 used.
I'm trying to think...is there anything? I sorta regret getting rid of my Fuck, but now I have a MKI. Also, my Great Destroyer, but now I have...fuck I don't even remember what I traded that for, because I've traded it and then traded that and then...
My Digitech PDS3000 Pedalverb went towards my Timeline fund. I'm happy with what I've got now, but when that Pedalverb distorted, nothing on earth sounded like it. Such a great sound. I saw it on eBay a week ago, but couldn't afford to buy it back.
I do regret buying the Ibanez S470 I bought as my first ok guitar, mangled up a bit modding it badly and eventually sold for not very much. I wish have got a tele or something instead because my tastes totally changed, and it taught me not to try any modding project I'm not good enough to do. Thankfully not too expensive a mistake.
Don't have any real selling regrets, though I occasionally miss stuff a bit, and everything else I've bought and then stopped liking I've got all of the money back or made an acceptable loss selling it again.
I regret trading my Bandmaster Reverb head. I was a kid and I couldn't get it to break up without being fuck-all loud. I'm more of a pedal player now than I was, so I'd probably love it now.
And I regret leaving my (post-classic but still nice) Hiwatt combo in the hands of my idiot brother. Still haven't got a straight story about what happened to it.
The vintage Muff (probably an IC) that I sold, meh. I don't think the Big Muff is really my fuzz, so regretting selling for less than I might have gotten over 15 years later really counts as a gear regret, just a money regret. That's a longer list.

It's no big deal, but I regret selling my classic vibe thinline tele. I really dug that guitar, but nothing is stopping me from getting another one.
Buyer's remorse: I bought a VM Jag bass a couple weeks after getting dumped, in an attempt to console myself. It's a great bass, but now it sits in the corner.
Hey! Let's talk about serious thing. We're gonna talk about guitar, dude.

In hindsight I usually regret selling the big ticket items more than pedals:
Taylor 414ce Top Hat Ambassador Mesa Dual Rec Fender Ash body US Tele Deluxe... one of the nicest teles I've ever played. Used almost all the money I got for it towards a trip back home for my bro's wedding. I love my brother, but that much? hahaha jk
I have a lot of "should have bought back then" gear regrets. Like the ICBM before Corgan spilled the beans that that's what he used... Roland RE301 when they were still going for $300ish on ebay... a Jazzy/Jag before they got cool/expensive... that sort of thing. I always thought "well I'll just buy it later. I don't really need it right now." Well I can still buy it, but now I am going to spend twice as much or more now.
I had one of those Maestro Phasers from the 70's (with a "balls" knob) that I threw in the trash in the early 90's... it worked too. Also, dumped a custom fretless bass (that was once a doubleneck shaped like a heart, but it was cut in half) because it had a bad input jack. Though, both were free so I didn't lose much.
