If the 919 came out, I wouldn't hesitate to pick it up though. Sadly. :(

My feelings exactly.

As far as i'm aware (please correct me if i'm wrong) most of these omicrons are clones, so... BOSS OC-2 clone with only one octave?

if only one octave it may be based on the MXR bass octave. But if it's polyphonic maybe it's digital?

Any omicron with the black print is digital while white is reserved for the analog offerings.

Maybe so. but as far as I am aware NO ONE has ever made a real polyphonic analog octaver.

True. That's why I mentioned the "black print" omicrons, such as the Down, are digital.

Yep, color coding that shit. Regardless, I don't think any digital/black omicrons have made it to release. The Down and Spring are the only two I remember hearing about.....

If it be digital then nah it's not an OC-2 clone, doubt it's a clone at all in that case (copying code isn't the norm).

Shame they didn't add Octave up as well!

Theres was the bit crusher too, to add to the list of vaporware

What do u mean spring tho? The chicklet spring reverb (if thats
what u mean?) has been around forever, it was the first omicron series
pedal I believe

Right, the Bit too.

The Spring was just the name Josh mentioned in regards to their "newest" reverb, different from the SC and replacing the Chicklet. He said they were getting away from the Belkin design. Of course, it vanished after NAMM along with all the other cool shit Malekko was supposed release.

Ah I see, I hadn't heard about that.

Malekko's become a pretty shit builder as of late I'm sorry to say.
Couple years back they seemed like they were gonna go places.

Discontinuing the Echo 300/600 delays was the dumbest thing they ever did

I know, WTF?!?!?! Not sure what Malekko's thinking with that move. I own and love the E600 Dark and Bright, I'll hang onto those fuckers forever. Nothing in 'em, component wise, should limit availability or making a new version with a TONE KNOB!

Regardless, they're in dire need of a triumphant return at this year's Winter NAMM after last year's tease-filled failure but I'm aware their designer had important family issues which obviously outweigh a delay pedal, or any consumer item for that matter. Having the 919 ready to roll would pique my interest in those guys all over again, no doubt, but now I'm bordering on crazy talk...
