I dunno, I gets a bonner for their Vox Phantom copies too.

But yeah, hard and fast. Best Teisco I've seen this year. Don't they have boats around Hawaii? Or Magnum PI style helicopters?

no more inter island ferry or I would be all over this.
I would have a friend pick it up for me but he knows nothing about guitars and I would hate to get it only to find out the neck is dead

There are very few things I miss about the mainland. I miss seeing bands...nobody comes to Hawaii!

i'd imagine "seeing bands you like" would be one of the things you give up living on a remote-ish island.

I even miss seeing shitty bands. All we have on Maui is island reggae...which gets old, quick. It all sounds the same. GIVE ME VARIETY!

The environment doesn't seem to exactly scream "heavy", you know?

Well, volcanoes are pretty fuckin' cool. Like I guess lava flows are doomy. Slow and still able to to melt your eardrums.

And every other part of you.

i think the only tropical islands that don't have a proliferation of laid back chill music are like... the indonesian islands with gamelan n shit.

well, when it's like 98° and 100% humidity all the time, cultures tend to develop forms of popular music that take the least amount of effort to play and to dance to. otherwise everyone would fall down with heatstroke and shit. and there's nothing like people having convulsions to ruin a tropical party. unless it's dancehall...then people just think it's regular dancing
