I second this.

Personally, I'd rather see Jamie's take on Fender's old 2 1/2 tube Harmonic trem.
Speaking of the Pulse Machine: the Rate setting I use is somewhere between 3:30 and 4 but the sweep on that thing from 3 o'clock on makes it hard to even accurately mark the setting let alone dial it in blind. I don't know, maybe there's something wrong with mine. From the online demos it seems like the Rate on the Hummingbird is a little more...gradual? Wider?

EQD pedals are like crack. Quite more-ish.

the bottom line is that my POG2 had sat on the shelf for about a year and i'd never used it. I mainly bought one to play White Stripes stuff, but the POG2 was just too big to squeeze onto the board and i never used the slower attack settings and extra functionality - so i plumped for the Bit Commander which basically does what i want. If you're thinking of changing then you do need to be aware that the Bit Commander is monophonic and the POG2 is polyphonic - so there is a world of difference in terms of tracking on chords - plus the Bit commander doesn't really do clean sounds. The Bit Commander has loads of personality and is a lot easier to tweak - but i wouldn't say its a POG2 killer - just a different take on an octave pedal. Hope this helps.

The above post really answers your question. I bought the Bit thinking it may replace my POG2 but that's comparable to picking up a simple analog delay to replace a Timeline/Superdelay/Whatever...
Both pedals are great at what they do but similarities are very limited. If all you need is monophonic octave fuzz, the Bit Commander is definitely for you. Like BigRedOne points out, it's NEVER clean, important to consider. The POG2 is capable of much more (to be expected) but if your using it for single note octave runs paired with fuzz, it's definitely overkill.
I use my POG2 for a lot of delayed attack stuff and general weirdness that I've never replicated entirely, not even on the HOG though it gets mighty close. Seems as if they're voiced quite differently though.

Can't wait to try them out.
Same here. Really looking forward to them.
I already own a Hoof Reaper, a Hummingbird and a Ghost Disaster.
EQD is GREAT!

EQD is taking over the modulation side of my board quickly, it started with a ghost disaster, now im less than a month away from pulling the trigger on a dispatch master, grand oribter and bit commander.... I love that i will have an analog delay reverb for my cleans and a digital delay reverb for my dirt tones (the dispatch master is digi right?) and the orbiter is exactly what im looking for its subtle but not drowned out when dialed in right and just sounds fantastical, and i also 3rd or 4th for both bringing back the pulse machine and making a tuner (or maybe just doing a custom enclosure for my tu-2 along with a TB mod)!!!!!
p.s. how is the tracking on the bit commander with speed picking solo's, not that i do much of it but i throw it in every now and then, i mainly wanna use it for synth like leads over bass and drums atmospheric breakdowns.

+1.
Glad that the jacks are on top now, but I LOVE the design and color scheme on those early Grand Orbiters.

After staring this thread, my Hoof, Ghost Echo and Bit Commander have now been joined (thanks to father Xmas and Joe's Pedals) by the Speaker Cranker and Black Eye. Not all of them are on the board at the moment - but no doubt that will change at some point.

Necro thread update:

Traded a Hummingbird for the Speaker Cranker but the next EQD is so going to be a Tone Job.

Well I've finally ordered my first EQD, decided on the Hummingbird as I already have a few fuzz pedals and I totally dig its chops. I'm sure a Grand Orbiter and Sea Machine will be next!

I started a thread with almost the exact same title immediately after joining here a couple days ago. Didn't realize this was in existence! I've got a ghost echo, Disaster Transport, and Rainbow Machine. Like another has noted. It started with the ghost echo. Gonna get speaker cranker as soon as my Blues pro sells. Then ill be savng up for whatever Jamie comes out with this year!
