Um, publicity, duh. LOL, you have no idea just how many there are. This day and age, being ironic/stupid is enough for people to buy shit. Rebecca Black "friday" would be another example.

I think he just picks names out of a hat sometimes when he makes records for third man. One of the singles was an auctioneer auctioning something off. Imagine if you were a member of the third man vault and this thing showed up at your door.
