i haven't seen the Controversial Demo Of The Locked Thread--when there's that much spiel indicating that i'm going to have to sit through 2:30 of intro to even hear the pedal and that British dude's adorable little daughter isn't involved, i'm off--but there's another SR demo i saw and i wouldn't say it's a bad pedal, but it's not something that sounds like it'd work for me. this is true of the majority of Devi's product line. it doesn't make Devi's product's bad products; it just means they're better for other applications than mine.

this may not be the beginning of the end; it may, however, be the end of the beginning.

The bass demo sounds good. I'm not a big fan of clean blend, but blending two fuzzes together is cool. Of course, I don't quite have any gas for this since I've got an IC Muff clone and a Tone Machine clone already, and I could just blend them together with my LS-2. But it IS a cool sound.

Really, I have nothing to hate on this demo. Pedal sounds great, and I actually like that the circuits are parallel (though an option would be nice). I feel no gas as I cop these
toanz already, but it does sound good on bass...with an orange amp...and sunn cab

Oooooooooooooo, that sounds pretty sweet on bass, must have just been the aforementioned demo. This is in no way a hate thread, I could easily see how someone could love this pedal till the ends of the earth. I was just offering an alternative opinion. I think you're right Mudfuzz, a series switch could be useful. You would think that thing is almost made for bass, it just sounds so much better.
While we are on the topic of clean blend..........CLEAN BLEND RULES!!!!!!!RAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fuck clean blend all you need is a clean amp/dirty amp. actually I like clean blends

This is a pretty cool pedal. I doubt I will ever have one but it sounds MUCH better on bass than guitar.

Indeed it does, although I still don't like it for guitar, oh well, what can you do.
