My favorite is daphne blue with white pickguard and maple fretboard.
And also everything that bob the robot said. And black on black is cool too.

This is mine, pretty happy with the color combo
it was purple with a white guard when I got it
If I get another I am leaning towards White on White with maple, I love some of the new double finishes like black over fiesta red with a white guard.

Shell pink mustang.
Surf green/white/pink strat.

I like blond/honey strats
White teles with black PG
seafoam green of anything, also that pink is nice... JMs look great in Sherwood green
but i can't say i really have a favourite colour

of course, I'm biased as my jag is white with black.
I like black with dark brown tort on Strats though. Hnnnnggggg

this is probably a bit too "pastel" for some...but I still think Shell Pink with a mint-green 'guard...is...well....I think Borat says it best "ees nahs"

2-color burst with white single-layer guard, maple fretboard.
3-color burst with tortoiseshell guard, rosewood.
Olympic White with all white plastics (the "Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock" look), maple or rosewood.
gloss black with all black plastics, 5-layer b/w/b/w/b pickguard, maple...rosewood would be too dark.
in the standard Fender colors, the one i like best is the palest blue...i can never remember whether Sonic or Daphne is lighter. the ones i think are most striking on a Strat are Candy Apple Red and Shoreline Gold.
