I think it would be too crammed. If you can't do it then Benny's idea is definitely reasonable... and I'm not even a huge fan of expression pedals, takes up board space!

I think if you could work out a random LFO on the modulation (I'm thinking for vibrato) you could probably get some cool sounds.

Wait, no ones said it yet?

Reverse Delay! :p Have fun getting that out a PT2399 Ryan.

Definitley Delay tails, should be doable with your Soft touch switching i'd have though, people seem to love it, i've yet to put it into practice.

I'd have thought have the hold feature bring the delays in rather than just the modulation would be fun, reverse tails

FX loop for repeats is a must in my mind. Also the stomp for self oscillation is something that could set the SDD apart from the majority of delay pedals out there. The only other one that come immediately to my mind that has that is the Electroman by solid gold fx. A tone knob is crucial as well as having the ability to keep delay tails when switching the pedal off.

You could perhaps orient the box sideways to fit the two stomps on it, kinda like the zvex pedals. You could also put a knob on one of the sides ala the Tim or the Keely Boost to make some more room... Idk though, you might just need to you an "elements" sized box.

Doc, I gotta tell you, every pedal maker is swamping the market with dirt pedals. Don't get me wrong, the first thing I'm gonna do when the elements comes out is sell my timmy and pick one up. BUT I for one am you are working on Modulation and Delay pedals as well.

Reverse Delay + 100% Analog... would that be possible?? I'm not a pedal builder... but I don't think so?

DMB Lunar Echo, also have that switch.

Lo-Fi mode with a kind of bit crusher knob would be very interesting.

A PT2399 isn't quite 100% Analog, but no, it would not, but that doesn't stop everyone asking for it.

My delay needs are quite simple I'd just like to control the delay sounds with a few knobs

Tone (shimmering bright to being played in the next room dark)
Soupyness (digital clean through to superbroth)
& Modulation (or FX out would make more versatile though less immediate)

Reverse delay is sweet though :)

DMB Lunar Echo is fully analog and around $260... and it do a lot of crazy stuff.
That's a good price for what it does.
The wait list from DMB is a turn off for me.

Oscillate switch would be a nice addition. Could this be achieved with one foot switch for both on/off and pressing and holding for oscillation? Would stereo operation and an fx loop be enough to separate it from the Lunar Echo?
