go plonk around on Tonefactor and use their Wish List feature. surely you can find several items over there that you fancy. then your awesome spouse can use the Wish List like a wedding gift registry.

You could get a lap steel or any other instrument you don't already have/play, that would be my choice if I was already set in terms of guitar gear.

My wife had this same problem for our fifth wedding anniversary last month. So, she went and bought me a really nice ukulele (I had bought one prior and been using it in a theatre pit). It's surprisingly articulate and loud.
Now she jokes with me, saying I do everything musically backwards because I play basses with 6 strings and guitars with 4.
