you dudes are nuts talking about this replacing a tuner pedal. it's such a convenient kill switch. fuck having to turn down my guitar every time I tune, too. I'm sure it would be cool with an acoustic, though.

YOUR ARGUMENT IS BULLSHIT BECAUSE:
A. I already have a tuner
B.

Nothing will replace my turbo tuner for my "plugged in" stuff, save for maybe a newer turbo tuner if they ever do one
I got 1 snark for a ukulele and the other is for an acoustic.

I wouldn't replace my pedal tuner but it's convenient to have around for sure. I use it during restrings and setups, beats pulling my tuner off the board every time.

I've been a snark user for quite a while now.
For the most part I prefer it over my turbo tuner

Big ups to sweetwater, they've already got a new one on the way to me no questions asked.

I'm digging the one I have. Paid more than I should have, seeing as they go cheap as chips everywhere, but it's somewhat less microphonic in vibration mode than using a tuner seems to be. Also, extra board room!

Big fan of clip-on tuners. I've had an intelli for years now and my wife just got a snark...love them! I have a polytune on my board for electric stuff, but can't beat the clip ons for acoustic/banjo/mandolin/ukulele...

I've been using my Snark exclusively since Xmas. Digging it. No problems at all, though I haven't used it live.

Love my SN2. I use the tuner on the M9 usually but if I don't feel like dragging it out I use the clip-on. Also have acoustics and a Turkish Saz and its VERY useful for that, because I'm still learning all the tuning methods. But using the M9 and Snark at the same time, it's definitely accurate.
