But I just found one at this site:
http://www.jadenguitarparts.com/servlet/the-515/DRF-dsh-BAR--dsh--Danelectro-Baritone/Detail
Anyone know anything about this company? Is it legit? They use PayPal and it seems to be the AllParts neck.

I used Grover Rotomatics: http://backstage.musiciansfriend.com/Accessories/Fretted-Instrument-Accessories-Parts/Guitar-Pickups-Parts/Tuning-Machine-Heads-for-Guitar/102-Rotomatics-3-Per-Side-Guitar-Tuning-Keys.site1prod361000.product

They would probably fit up to about 100 gauge string.

I am no expert on this by any means.
I think you would have the same problem with that one as the first one you looked at because it only has 22 frets and you need one with 24 frets to make it work right.
The Longhorn is what I used for my VI and it has 24 frets so I think it should work for you too, but you might want to ask Mudfuzz first.

Thanks for the info!
I have some strings for my danelectro baritone lying around. I will try if they fit in my favorite tuners
