All 3 wires running from the sustain pot to the board are present, and the joints are all good.
Just gave it another quick once over, and everything is grounded.
Thinking I may just desolder everything and start over.

So, I'm still having the same issue after taking it completely apart and starting over. I've got another gruntbox board, so I'll load that one up and and try not to botch it.
