with some other things in there
sounds octavy maybe mixed with his ooh wah
i was thinking mebe like pitchfactory type almost reminds me of the space station doubt he has the space station though

It sounds like some sort of autofilter going into some sort of panner. Listen with a good stereo setup or headphones and you can hear it bouncing back and forth.
