...so what's the story behind the third nipple of the zen-bacon? I can't quite make up from the pic.
Is it tone? Treble boost? Oscillation? Choke? Strangle? Butt plug?
Looks like it says freq so... oscillation? filter? maybe even a rat-styled tone filter!

Looks like "Freq" to me... hm, what might a Frequency knob control on the Arc Flash?

And a big thanks to everyone at Prymaxe Vintage for making this happen! I've been wanting to do a new Arc Flash, but it wouldn't have happened til way down the road...and then Prymaxe asked about doing a new Arc Flash!
While I'm at it! Thanks to my buddy Evan, who talked layout and design with me (the outlet was his concept
) and went through a ton of my mockups.
The Arc Flash won't be available direct or wait-listed...they'll be at Prymaxe in
very small batches!

The most expensive machined knobs you can put on a pedal--and a 7 step finish.
(Little known fact: FuzzHugger finishes are 3-7 step, really hands-on, one at a time...our LEDs cost 3x as much as what other builders are using, and most of our knobs are 3-5x as much. We buy the best parts available, period--and in smaller batches, which costs us more. 
Everything pedal is done one-at-a-time. So how are they so much more affordable compared to other hand-built pedals? )Bassus--there's only an external butt plug option...which--now that I think of it--is just a regular ol' butt plug.

It's a frequency/tone control. Not one that's going to over-dampen frequencies, but one that'll allow you to reign the Arc Flash in to just where you want it! The AF runs the full spectrum, from low to high, and it can get cutting. Enter the new control!

Control-wise, it doesn't need to be redone, but finish...possibly down the road!

Shhhiiiiiitttt i just did get a promotion today. WWWEEEEELLLLLPPPPPPP yeah... I also wanna compare and contrast my Large Beaver Triangle with an Op-Amp/IC Muff... and then like that's... and I'm totally serious, here... that's the LAST of what I "need".
I do think that this goddamn Arc Flash Eschaton is probably the one to have, though. Like: Hey: Why Not?
