Yeah, I dunno. I drop C#'d it and loved the bluesy growl. It's kinda hard to explain; maybe that is provides a good mix of highs and lows whereas, for example, the Tele Deluxe with wide-range humbuckers I played was all low end and no character. But, again, maybe it's just the way I set the amp up.
Also, I knew the Prop 8 thing would come up, but I didn't expect it to go this far. I too dislike their politics, but I don't shop based on politics; I just don't have the mental energy to keep up with it or care.
