Hmmm....
Well....
Ummo.....

The biggest thing for me was in a band setting was it didn't change where I was in the mix sonically, if you aren't a bassist I don't know if you'd understand just what a big deal that is. Most dirt boxes I like the tonal character of I have problems with them messing around with my sound by cutting mids or over boosting highs so I need a blend. With the EA this is not the case, when I turn it on with the tone set where I want it for the sound I am doing at the time it adds fuzzy grit but my sound doesn't really change much, I really like that. Granted it isn't high gain... but I don't know if more gain is needed for the sound it gives. It's attack is a little on the spongy side but it IS a fuzz so that is part of it's charm.... I have to go to work more later.........

I will probably just see what a reverse audio taper pot does. All the same tones would be there, but i think it would but a more transparent eq spot at 12 o clock instead of 2-3 o clock. which doesnt matter, but would make me feel better on a psychological level

Coolz, actually I think that sounds like a good idea the more that I think about it, so yeah go with your psychologicalness.

Personally [gets ready to duck] I don't think it needs more gain [ducks], I mean that is what boosters are for... you make/have made boosts... so this would force people to buy more pedals :thumb: if they MUST have more gain  Or offer a deluxe model [atomic apple :idk: ] with like a CC or DC built into the box :thumb:

MOAR!!

C4D2 for the win!! Tell me that name doesn't already give you some great ideas for artwork!! :yay:

and also a Apple with a high five in front. that would be more of a singing lead guitar sound I guess.

I'd venture a guess that the Pac NW has the highest concentration of small pedal builders in the country. especially portland

That and luthiers...SO MANY O_O

there must be some magnet of badassery located under Portland...<3
Possibly in the form of a rock hard Voodoo doughnut that someone stood in line 8 hours for
only to be disappointed with the taste.
(hey they still look cool and a few are good if your know what to order.)

Yeah, but you really should try out the bass di+ It's an awesome distortion/overdrive and its eq/boost section is really great into an amp.

For example:
http://venter.bandcamp.com/track/slipping-circle
All the Guitars and Bass in this demo go through that pedal and it's the main source of drive.

Really under-appreciated pedal for both guitar and bass in my opinion.
