Definitely pick up an Alga Bloom. I'm surprised you want more if you have a fuzz factory. In my opinion it has the widest rang is a fuzz pedal. Oscillating crazy, to smooth, to gated, to scrambled...but the Alga Bloom is amazing

i also have a Fuzz Factory, but i have another fuzz coming (at least i hope so, the seller didn't tell if he already sent it) :) different flavors, different oscilations... it's all good and one cannot cover all ;)

As do I. It definitely doesn't cover the whole spectrum, but based on the description I figured it'd be enough.

it's definately a cool pedal and i love it, but still i bought The Great Destroyer... more heavy fuzz with oscillations... can't wait for it

It's true that FF can do a ton of tones... good for leads, rhythms or just crazy textures and weird oscillations and whacky glitches (when i found a setting emulating the crazy glitching decay of Wolf Computer, i was like :omg: :yay: ), but i understand why would someone want more fuzz. Just for the sake of using different tone for leads and rhythms within one song...

i was thinking about Chalice or Algal Bloom, but i chose TGD for the oscillation. however - AB seems like a good choice to me

But, really, TGD is the best choice.

I love my Fuzz Factory. It blows my mind every time I step on it. I seriously LOVE it.

I was really just looking for more fuzz pedals. I don't know much about fuzz pedals so I was just curious to see what you guys would recommend because I'm starting to collect pedals. I'm definately not dissatisfied with my FF and I'm not trying to replace it at all.

I think I'm going to get a Super Hard On tommorow. I set my amp clean and kindof toned down so that when I step on the FF it sounds perfect. This means that when the FF isn't on my tone is lacking... Also, I set the FF pretty loud because I think it sounds best that way. So I think the SHO is perfect to boost my clean tone and get just a little more high end and clarity so that my clean tone is equal to the FF tone in volume and sweetness.

Right now I'm doing this with my MXR Classic Overdrive and it's letting me down. It gives me too much distortion and I just don't think it sounds very good.

So yeah.. SHO comin my way.

between my ab-synth and my TAFM, i haven't even THOUGHT about buying another fuzz in months. which is like ten thousand years considering the fact that usually i see something and immediately want to buy it.

in other news, were you drinking the absinthe straight? because you're supposed to dilute it with sugar and water. i think it tastes great like that.

Nice, that pedal seems wild and beyond wild. I wish I was able to pick up one of those Batman Secret Destroyers.

That's what I always did wrong :picard: But it tasted good without the sugar and water in my opinion :joy:

yeah I didn't know that at the time so I drank it straight out of the bottle. I was already really stoned too so that didn't help. One swig and I was out of comish for like 15 minutes just trying not to throw up lol.

It wasn't that I felt drunk. It was just that I thought the absinthe was really disgusting.

Well I ordered a SHO off eBay just now. It's one of the Myrold gold bee design ones. I was planning on getting a Vexter or a clone but the BIN on this was cheaper than the Vexters so I decided to get it.

It's not a fuzz but I think it's a pretty sweet pedal.

Now the wait..
