This. Paypal will settle in your favor if you can provide the Customs Form Number, as they can check and see that it was delivered with it. The fact that you had a tracking number, plus sign for delivery means that Paypal will most definitely settle in your favor.
If I were you, I'd be prepared to defend yourself on TGP if you plan on continuing to post there. This guy sounds like a piece of work, so when he doesn't get his way with Paypal, I'd bet money that he'll start trying to drag you through the mud.
It's shit like this that keeps me from posting on TGP. That place is a cesspool.
I'll stick with my ILF Posse, thank you very much.
