interesting i haven't seen the akai deep impact on either list...
i thought it was considered one of the best synth pedals of all time.
but i guess that has more to do with price than anything else.

I never played a deep impact, but from what I remember of the Akai, I didn't like the sound enough for paying those amounts..

It's good enough for Justin Pearson, who uses two. So, yeah.
