A Great Hunt Pedal! Hell yes! (Even though that's not Norse, I think it's something else.)
How about this pic:

What would a Loki pedal do? Maybe a Multi-Effect with just one switch that activates a random effect out of a bank of thousands?

Loki is a humongous asshole, so maybe a huge boost that also adds a lot of bass oscillation in an attempt at blowing your speakers? :idk:

Asshole for sure. He was always acting one way when he was really nothing like that. I'd say he'd try to convince you he was vibrato (like on an old Fender amp), so you'd be like "hey that's cool" but then when you actually spend some time with him you call him out for the tremolo he really is. Douche!

A bass exciter called Perkele and a hold-delay (with a high pass filter) called Ikirouta (Finnish for permafrost as used in folklore and poetry) would be totally badass.

The grimmest Gods and folklore from the norse and fenno-slavonic tradition can be indeed pretty unnerving at times. The mentality comes well through folk sayings: Elä itke pieni laps, huomenna lyyvään piäs kivveen which translates into something like don't You worry my little one, today we'll smash Your head into a rock. Which is supposed to sound funny, actually, which , I'm afraid, is a good example against the supposition that jokes are international. :idk:

But then again, what can You expect when summer lasts for about two to three months, and people have by large lived in seclusion, in constant threat of crop failure and starvation.
