What do people think of the looper on the SuperDelay?
Anybody compared it to the Echolution? They seem to be working the same piece of ground.

I think the looper on the superdelay is pretty cool. I don't have a dedicated looper at the moment so it works for quick passages. Being able to loop in reverse is pretty sweet too, so I usually find myself using it for more textural ambience behind what I'm actually playing. The only downside I can see is the amount of looping time you have available. The superdelay is always cutting off my cool riffage...

But other than that the SD is a FUCKIN' BEAST.

Indeed the loop function is fun, but indeed too short. Even the DD7 has more length... Just tgot to time yourself well with it.

It came today, only had about an hour to play with it but I it's the delay I'll be using mostly from now on. Really nice sounds all across the board, vintagey tape to rhythmic delay stuff.
Also it didn't come with a manual so I don't know what like half the stuff does

Yeah, I didn't receive a manual with it either (though got one with the Empress EQ), just fire them an email and they'll either send you one or the pdf so you can print. The manual is pretty simply designed (sent or printed it'd be the same), but about 15-20 pages or so?
One thing I've noticed recently is turning on the SD will eat away a slight bite out of the tone of my Fuzz's (including the looper).
