Incidentally, didn't he 'borrow' this from Chet Atkins, or did they come up with it simultaneously, just by coincidence? :?: :idk:

I think he was huge Chet fan. There's footage of them playing together too. It seems like he tried to figure Chet's harmonics and ended up taking way further: http://www.lennybreau.com/lbgp1.html

When it's done right (i.e. not be me :) ) it's a thing of beauty..

I think he was huge Chet fan. There's footage of them jamming together too. It seems like he tried to figure out Chet's way of playing harmonics and ended up it taking way further: http://www.lennybreau.com/lbgp1.html

Blind Willie McTell. Reason being,he used his 12 string for sound effects to aid him in his storytelling. Kaki King-not just tapping, but percussive stuff too. Chet Atkins. I know a guy who plays geet like a banjo as well*looks at avatar*

I don't know if he has already been mentioned but here it goes

Billy Sheehan: after being amazing, he can tremelo with his fingers in a 1,2,3,4 pattern with three fingers - this is alot harder than it sounds

Robby Kreiger: Even though the Doors is really led by Jim Morrison and Ray Manzerick his right hand is amazing
